I have never dealt with such a nice group of people. Jamie has been amazing every step of the way. When you walk in, you are greated by the biggest smile from the receptionist. Her name is Lauren. She is sweet and kind. The whole team is amazing. I would 10000% recommend caliber with Jamie and Lauren for your collision repair needs.

I hit a deer while traveling. I took my car here for an estimate and to get it repaired. I called after not hearing anything back from them after 2 .5 weeks and the told me they were waiting on approval despite the fact that I told them I was paying out of pocket and they didn't require any approval. Fast forward a week, I didn't receive any additional updates and when I called back, I was told it's going to be a whole before we can get started on it. When I asked what that meant, they were non committal and refused to give me any kind of time frame. I would not recommend taking your car here unless you enjoy getting jerked around! I'm having my car towed from here to another auto body shop in the area.
